On 13-March 1986, I wrote a letter to Col. Honesto M. Isleta, the nthe Special Consultant
for PUblic Information Matters, Civil Relations Service (CRS) of the Armed Forces
of the Philippines (AFP) officially requesting copies of UFO materials on files.
In response thereto, I received a letter from the Command Adjutant, Capt Carlito C. Galang,
Philippine Army (PA), informing me of their action to my request, and that my request was forwarded to the Philippine
Air Force (PAF).
