". . . Not in my more than 16,000 flying hours!
CAPT REY DIAZ
Philippine Airlines
. . .But 7 other professional pilots, as well as their respective crews, flying on
board 3 different Philippine Airlines flights from southern Philippines on the night of the 26th of February in 1983,
say otherwise. . .
As reported and published in a national daily, one of the pilots deadheading on Flight-128, CAPT
NINO M. SALVANA, submitted his personal narrative REPORT.
Copies of Sighting Report Forms were sent to the witnesses for us to obtain their signed
testimonies and narrative statements thru Philippine Airlines management, but the request has not been acted
upon, contrary to what has been mentioned in their LETTER of response to the Center. Nevertheless, a copy of the published report authored by Capt Nino
Salvana (as published in the national daily /Manila Times) has been furnished to RICHARD F. HAINES, Ph.D., the American Researcher who specializes on UFO cases involving airline pilots.
