AIMS & OBJECTIVES

OBJECTIVES OF THE CENTER

To undertake the task of collecting data and information and preliminary scholastic analysis of the same, relevant to sighting reports of anomalous aerial phenomenon by conducting field investigative operations;

As a non-government entity, the Center shall act as the repository of documents and materials related to anomalous aerial phenomenon as reported and submitted by the general public;

To endeavor to inform and educate the public on the nature of the phenomenon in an un-biased a manner and as objectively as possible;

share the data-information with other similarly allied study-research groups;

The studies being made and conducted by various independent Field Investigators and researchers who are affiliated as volunteers with the Center do NOT purport, nor claim, to have the answers or conclusive pronouncements as to "what", "how", and "why" of the phenomenon in general.

Neither does the Center and any of its affiliates, claim to be "experts" on a highly debatable and scientifically controversial a

subject as UFOs, as nobody could claim academic or scientific "expertise" on such a highly intriguing phenomenon that is yet currently entirely UNKNOWN, or even hardly understood at best.
