BRIEF NARRATIVE ACCOUNT

I was seated in the jump seat (directly behind Captain Rogelio Enverga) on board Flight /PR-128 from Zamboanga City which was cruising at an altitude of 28,000 ft when suddenly we saw what seemed like a (an aerial) "dog-fight" outside the cockpit window, due west, bearing 270 degreesThe flight was cruising in good, clear, weather.  Then the exchange of radio messages between the other two flights, PR-118 and PR-146.

PR-118:  "Flt 128, this is Flt 118.  Over. . ."

PR-128:  "Go ahead, 118. . . this is Flt 128. . ."

PR-118:  "Flt 128, do yousee what we see at 9:00 o'clock?" (this was Captain Noli Sanchez asking if we had seen the strange "bright object" to our left). It was at this point that we all quickly looked to our left and we saw this bright object to the west, too low on the horizon to be a star or planet.

The first to spot /see/ observe the "object" was Capt. Noli Sanchez of Flt-118, which departed Davao City bound for Manila. The time (of the initial sighting) was placed at 2000H (8:00 pm /PST)

It (the object) pulsated with different colors: sometimes it was green, then red then blue, but always returning to an intense white light.

And then, some 3 minutes past 8:00 pm, another lighted object appeared but it was smaller than the first one.  It headed for the bigger object (which appeared to be stationary) but at a lower altitude.

At this point, Capt Enverga called on the flight attendants (to check the sighting) and they/the ladies, also confirmed our sighting (of the objects).

Flight attendants Ms. Inocando and Ms. Salamed remarked that some passengers seated by the windows also were marvelling at the "show".

We watched in disbelief while another lighted object appeared.  Now, there were three (3) bright lights moving in "flight formation".  The biggest one would keep to the same direction, but sometimes it changed altitude.

For five (5) minutes, we saw the three lighted objects change positions.  Sometime they flew in a straight line, and other times they "appeared" to dive and then climb at incredible speed.

Only the bigger object changed color, while the two smaller objects appeared in a whitish glow.

We lost sight of the objects at 2007H (8:07 pm) when we were 144 miles from Manila.
