WITNESS NARRATIVE ACCOUNT

"On the night of February 12th of 2007 just after midnight I and five others which included my mother, Auntie, 1yr
old daughter, boyfriend and the boat operator was onboard a small courier boat travelling from ‘Coco Beach’ back
to ‘White beach’ where we were all based during our 3 week long holiday. Both of which are tourist beach resorts
located in Oriental Mindoro, Batangas, Philippines.
It was a 30 minute journey back and we have just finished a big
meal from the Coco beach restaurant so we were all very tired. Everyone around me just closed their eyes and I followed (except
for the boat operator of course).
At about 10-15mins after, I opened my eyes to look up at the sky. The sky was clear
and I can make out the star formations. Exactly after a minute, I thought I witnessed a Shooting star as it appeared to shoot
in one direction and quickly disappeared. For 3 seconds I was thinking to myself I should make a wish.
Then it reappeared
moving in different directions at incredible speed. It had different coloured lights. I witnessed a colour formation of white,
red, orange and blue. I froze and kept my eyes on it as I was afraid I’d lose sight of it. I couldn’t tell the
distance but I know it was very far as it was more or less the same size of an average star.
About 5 minutes of watching,
I woke up my boyfriend who was snoozing with his head on his arms at the very front of the boat. I told him to look up at
the star that was moving in the dark sky and as he was in a daze he quickly dismissed it and said ‘Nah it’s because
the boat is moving up and down’ (as in his own words).
But I remained quiet until it reappeared brighter then
proceeded to point again. ‘There it is, over there’, I said. This time he was quiet trying to focus and concentrate.
We watched it swerve in zigzag motion and a straight line, speed up and then slow down again.
For a split second I
took my eyes of the UFO to look at the sheer concentration on my boyfriends face he let out a ‘Wow’. I looked
back at the object and he informed me that it just made a spectacular circular motion, which I just missed. My boyfriend proceeded
to record the object on his camcorder but resigned to the fact that it was too hard to focus on the object at such distance
especially at the night sky.
Another significant detail was that there was an aeroplane that was coming from the far
right moving towards the west and we conversed on comparing the two. I said, ‘there is no way that UFO is a plane. We
have nothing that moves that fast’. And so we concluded the same as the two objects aligned directly above each other.
Then
we watched the UFO move the same way it was towards the west until it faded. We arrived at the shores in complete awe. It
was one of the most memorable moments in my life and will probably never come across a UFO again."

"A white round object like a disc flew from northwest of Taal to southeast at 3.30 pm (towards Batangas City) at
Saturday 17 of march. The sky was 2 octas covered with cumulus clouds. The object flew from the open sky and passed under
the clouds and disappeared and appeared again, and finally disappeared into the clouds. Even though the end of the clouds
were in sight, the object did no more appear. The size of the object was around 30 feets in diameter. (cumulus, altitude approx.
2500 feets) The speed of the object was approx. 500km/h, much more fast then the clouds. That’s why I cannot think of
a weatherballoon. There was no sound and Saturday was quiet in our place.
But 12 ours later I went out of the house
(3.30 am)because my dogs were barking to go out. So I opened the door and it was silent. But I heard like a plane was circling
at the sky for more then 2 hours. The sky was open, no clouds, the stars were visible. Now I thougth for a moment of a unmanned
spyplane…?? The location of the sound came from the same direction were the object disappeared into the clouds 12 hours
before."

I am a Canada based Filipino and I am not too
sure if I have to share what I saw many years ago. Back in 1994 on my last year of working for a certain company in Calamba City, Laguna Philippines, me and some other ten or more people in our factory saw what could be described
as 21 shiny objects 12'o clock high at 230
pm on a hot summer day.
The sky was clear and blue and it was me who first
observed the phenomena being a "sky observer" myself ever since. Since our area
was somewhat close to a parachute target area we all first asumed the "spots" in the sky were humans being trained to jump
with chutes. But from 230pm down to several hours up there we all concluded it must not be paratroopers since it was stuck
in there approximately about 35,000 to 40,000 feet. I estimated this based on the flight patterns of jet planes passing by
and surely they were no jets at all. The 21"shiny" circular metallic objects up there where in a V-formation. It also crossed
my mind whether they were stars but I doubted since from 230 till 5 pm they were still there while the world rotates and revolves!
Since I got tired looking up i went straight home and tried to
shake it out of my head. I turned on the tv on time for the 6 o'clock news and presto! it was on the news at the same time!
Some people from Baguio City from the northern
Philippines (about8-10 hrs drive) were
able to video it and even made zoomed focus. It truly was a craft or should I say an unidentified flying object. Am I surprised or what? No not at all.
I have gazed the skies ever since I can remember and have seen
countless times up there on starry nights extra-ordinary things that should be there on the sky. Some of them might be sattelites
but some Im sure will trully be questionable. For instance dots in the skies that would look like they are lights years apart
and would "meet" and seperate and seem to "meet" again like talking ants. It would really arrogant to say that we are the
only intelligent planet in this vast universe when mathematically speaking base on the number of planets in our solar system
alone for now we know there is one planet that bears life and that is earth. How many solar system are there in our galaxy?
How many galaxies are there in the entire universe? Those stars you see at night may or may not be stars but billions and
trillions of other galaxies! I wish the Philippine government and its people would not follow suit with the US on sharing experiences and encounters with our alien friends.
It is about time to think and have more open minds that we are not trully alone. Gone are the days of monsters and myths.
A child now a days can clearly distinguish between an airplane and a saucer without mistaking it with a witch on a broomstick
or a tianak in the bush. Little green men, we come in peace!

CIRCULAR "BLUE LIGHT" OVER CAVITE. . .

. . ."We where playing hide and seek with my cousin and my friends (they are also my neighbors) at my
friends house near a road, and at the other side of the road is a bench with 3 men drinking beer (which where also my neighbors,)
the environment at that time was dark ‘cause you know here in Philippines not all of people are rich. As I am running
and finding my way to hide near the road, the man with beer at the bench shouted UFO. UFO was popular at that time (1993 –
1994) here in Philippines ‘cause it was the time that they really appear or what we call the invasion.
As I
look up at the sky I saw the perfect circle with blue ring light under it and in that blue light is a much powerful blue light
rotating clockwise, and why did I recognize the shape so easily? Because the blue ring light was like an aura. The UFO was
about a little higher than a TV network Tower and it’s moving very slowly diagonally to south east. It was like a size
of a small coin from what we’ve seen from the ground when you hold a small coin (1 cent coin). As I had seen it followed
with goosebumps. I ran as fast as I could to our house. It was so dark at that time, instead I sit under a small tree and
shout call my mom many times as I look again at the night sky it’s still there the movement was change to North East.
And as my Mom called me and as I will show and tell It to her, ‘cause you will still be able to see it from our house.
It was totally gone. It happened around P.M.8:! 00 to P.
M.9:00. Because P.M. 9:00 was our sleeping time at that time.

". . .I was watching (with no binoculars) satellites go by in the clear night sky as I sometimes
did when I was 15 years old. Being the gadget guy that I am, I was fascinated by how humans had put into orbit such crafts.
I usually would observe 5 to 7 satellites a night before retiring to bed. Then at around 9:30 p.m., I observed 3 satellites
that were closely and perfectly equidistant from each other. The trio caught my special attention. I thought I was so lucky
to have been witnessing a rare coincidence. They were moving with identical velocities from North to South. One object led
the other two. Then, without warning, they all STOPPED for at least a full second! The manner in which they stopped really
surprised me because they did not slow down to a stop but simply stopped dead in their tracks. Then they moved again immediately
with the previous velocities, but in three different directions: the leader continued southward, one went 45 degrees to the
left, while the third one went 45 degrees to the right. It was an amazing sight. I watched them all until they disappeared
into the horizon. Even at that time, I thought about what technology, if earthly, could do that... or from which country.
But to this date, over 21 years later, I know of absolutely no air or space craft technology that could do what those three
objects did. I am a man of science with a Ph.D. and so I always try to find answers to the way things work, especially those
that catch my interest. For this one: extra-terrestrial."

Filipino farmers and a construction engineer have submitted eyewitness reports on what might be the first sightings of UFOs
and their mysterious passengers- in the Philippines.
At
least 2 retired Filipino military officials, air force col. Aderito de Leon and army col. Rufino c. Santiago, who were among the first to learn of the sightings, said they were inclined to
believe.
But
US air force col. Alfred K. Patterson, air attaché of the American Embassy
in Manila, said he was skeptical about the reports after making
an initial inquiry.
The
reported sighting took place on 4 occasions in the past 8 months- at 4 am, 7 am, and 9 am, last Nov. 1 and at 10:30 pm on
June 10. They all occurred within the vicinity of the Philippine Communications
Satellite (PHILCOMSAT) ground station, tucked inside a valley in Rizal province 32 air miles east of Manila.
De
Leon, former manager of the station, wrote a detailed report on last November’s sightings based on interviews he and
Santiago, assistant station manager, made with the 3 farmers.
The
farmers’ separate accounts were more or less identical about seeing a white low slung saucer-shaped vehicle landing
and taking off near where they were and of 2 passengers inside. One of them gave
a more close up descsription of the passengers as being Caucasian-looking with one about 6 feet tall and wearing white flying
suits without identification and glasslike or plastic-like headgears.
The
latest sighting made last month was reported by engineer Leonardo de Luna, 25, assistant project superintendent at a development
site near the station. Recounting his experience to UPI, de Luna said he saw
a big, yellowish “ball of fire” flashing in the sky, followed by a hovering blinking red light for about 15 seconds.
De
Leon made his report available to UPI,
he said, “in the interest of science”. It quoted separate accounts
of the three farmers who made the sightings within a span of 5 hours in the same area about 3 miles to the south of the communications
station.

The strong winds that wrecked havoc to Metro Manila that also killed a child and injuring 6 others and destroying
about a hundred houses in Malabon and Navotas (Province of Rizal) last Thursday morning were believed by some residents to
have been caused by an unidentified flying object (UFO) and not a whirlwind or typhoon.
Some residents in Malabon and Navotas were startled and puzzled by the "sudden attack" of the wind that
came from nowhere making them conclude it was caused by a UFO.
Witnesses interviewed by TEMPO claimed that about a minute before the strong winds struck Barangay
Niugan, they saw a big "fireball" that suddenly appeared over Manila Bay.

"Six hours ago, at exactly 12:05 noon Philippine Standard Time - April 9, 2001, a stunning
light in midday summertime triggered a personal hunch that "they" are out there asking me to roll the videocam and take a
few minutes worth of shots, and be posted immediately on this website. (http://www.((URL deleted)).com) They appeared from
an estimated aerial distance of not more than 3 kilometers across my bedroom window. From a distance, it could be ignored
and thought of as the sunlight bouncing-off from a huge mirror. The glare has intermittently defeated my focus on the subject,
and certain exposure adjustments were necessary. The degree of physiological damage it left me is very minor though - like
swollen gums and slight fatigue. I shall feature more pictures in the coming days. In the meantime, we may consider this apparition
as a heavenly sign to ponder on, this Holy Week.."
